Authorisation and registration

prosperity solutions AG is entered in the insurance intermediary register of the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority under register number 10118. The entry in the register can be viewed free of charge on the website of the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority (https://fma-li.li) or checked for a fee by means of an extract from the register prepared by the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority.

prosperity solutions AG does not offer any advice with regard to the insurance products offered.

Shareholdings

100% of the shares in prosperity solutions AG are held by the prosperity company AG, Feldkircher Strasse 31, 9494 Schaan, Principality of Liechtenstein. It holds a direct or indirect interest of more than 10% in the capital / voting rights of the insurance company Liechtenstein Life Assurance AG, Feldkircher Strasse 31, 9494 Schaan, Principality of Liechtenstein.

Complaints

Complaints about insurance intermediaries pursuant to Art. 74 of the Insurance Contract Act can be submitted to the Financial Market Authority Liechtenstein, Landstrasse 109, P.O. Box 279, 9490 Vaduz

Out-of-court conciliation body

Pursuant to Art. 75 VersVertG in conjunction with the Financial Services Arbitration Board Ordinance (FSV), the out-of-court arbitration board is responsible for settling disputes between customers and insurance distributors regarding the services provided.
